Job Description:
- Ensure visibility of company products in shops, streets, supermarkets, and open markets within the area assigned.
- Track individual and team sales performance; provide feedback and coaching.
- Implement daily and weekly sales plans and ensure the same for your sales team.
- Hand key client issues and interactions and resolve escalated issues.
- Prepare and present sales report on a weekly basis to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales with at least one year in a supervisory or team-leading position, and should know how to work in the role of ASM in bringing on primary sales orders from distributors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a small team.
- Experience in the oil, seasoning, and cube market.
