We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are hiring a Financial Analyst (Finance, Operations & Reconciliation). This role involves close collaboration with the finance team and operations team to perform daily accounting tasks, financial operations activities, and reconciliation of key accounts.
  • The position ensures accuracy in financial records, timely processing of transactions, and proper documentation to support month-end reporting.

What you will do

  • Record financial transactions in the general ledger in accordance with accounting standards. Assist with journal entries, prepayments, adjustments and preparing financial reports and schedules.
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, staff claims, and other operational finance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of payables, receivables, and expense transactions.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, customer accounts, and intercompany balances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/experience.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in the financial service industry is an advantage.
