Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and market-elite Field Procurement Officer to anchor the sourcing engine of our Logbara operations. In the specialized landscape of agricultural manufacturing where production uptime is dictated by the speed and quality of raw material inflow success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize sourcing requests with the clinical precision required for Trader Networking, Price Negotiation, and Sample Validation. This role is designed for a "Sourcing Architect" who can blend "Field Grit" (identifying new suppliers in rural and urban markets) with the "Analytical Agility" required to evaluate value-adding raw materials and manage price inquiries.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Sourcing Governance

• Sourcing Sovereignty: Execute sourcing requests for new and existing raw materials with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Production Inputs."

• Market Architecture: Develop and expand agricultural market networks, providing the "Structural Foundation" for diversified and resilient supply chains.

• Integrity Stewardship: Deliver accurate material samples to the factory for quality testing, ensuring the "Source of Product Excellence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic

• Negotiation Sovereignty: Conduct rigorous price inquiries and negotiations with traders, acting as the primary "Source of Cost Optimization."

• Trader Architecture: Identify and vet new value-adding suppliers and traders, providing the "Functional Foundation" for competitive raw material acquisition.

• Sample Stewardship: Manage the logistics of sample delivery from the field to the factory, maintaining the "Source of Material Validation."

3. Operational Integrity & Networking Power

• Network Sovereignty: Maintain and leverage a solid network of agricultural traders and farmers, acting as the primary "Source of Market Access."

• Development Architecture: Identify emerging market trends and new raw material opportunities, providing the "Relational Foundation" for future-proofing the supply chain.
