Job Description:

• A real estate sales and marketing manager drives property revenue by developing strategic marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and leading sales teams.
• They bridge the gap between brand visibility and deal closure, managing everything from digital advertising to client negotiations and team training to meet organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven sales and marketing plans tailored to local property markets.
• Lead Generation: Oversee digital campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads), email marketing, and property listings to continuously build a healthy pipeline.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents, setting individual and team targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build a strong network with high-net-worth individuals, investors, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Sales Execution: Conduct property tours, handle client objections, and guide buyers through contract negotiations and deal closures.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market shifts to adjust marketing positioning and optimize ROI.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, forecasting revenue and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 8 years experience.
