Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and professionally elite Female Receptionist to anchor the hospitality engine of our Ojodu-Berger-based operations. In the specialized landscape of standard hotel settings, success is defined by "Guest Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize guest transitions with the clinical precision required for Computer Literacy, Professional Presence, and Perfect Command of English. This role is designed for an "Experience Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (resolving guest inquiries and managing check-ins) with the "Operational Agility" required to maintain a seamless "1 Day In, 1 Day Out" rotation.
Requirements:
1. Arrival Orchestration & Front-Office Governance
Reception Sovereignty: Manage guest arrivals and departures with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Welcome."
Communication Architecture: Utilize a perfect command of English to handle inquiries and reservations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand authority.
System Stewardship: Execute front-desk tasks with total computer literacy, ensuring the "Source of Digital Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Service Logic
Resolution Sovereignty: Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with high-velocity efficiency, acting as the primary "Source of Conflict Mitigation."
Schedule Architecture: Maintain the "1 Day In, 1 Day Out" workflow with total reliability, providing the "Functional Foundation" for continuous 24/7 coverage.
Information Stewardship: Provide expert guidance on hotel services and local Lagos/Berger amenities, maintaining the "Source of Guest Knowledge."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Visual Sovereignty: Uphold strict professional and grooming standards at all times, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Identity."
Financial Architecture: Accurately handle billings and service charges, providing the "Functional Foundation" for transparent revenue tracking.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of standard hotel experience to manage peak-hour lobby traffic in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a standard hotel setting.
Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or its equivalent.
Tech Mastery: Computer literacy is compulsory.
Communication: Perfect command of written and spoken English.
Attributes: Professional, good-looking, and high attention to detail.
