Job Description:

We are seeking two proactive and result-oriented Female Marketers to join our team. These roles are critical for expanding our market reach across key Nigerian states. We are hiring one marketer to cover the Ogun and Lagos region and another to cover the Oyo and Osun region. The ideal candidates must be disciplined, goal-driven, and highly familiar with the road networks and commercial landscapes of their assigned territories.

Requirements:

• Territory Management: Develop and manage sales activities within assigned regions (Ogun/Lagos or Oyo/Osun).

• Target Achievement: Work consistently to meet and exceed monthly/annual company sales targets.

• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers to drive company growth.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on market activities, field progress, and territory performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Gender: Female.

• Professionalism: Must be well-behaved, disciplined, and highly motivated.

• Regional Expertise:

  • Ogun/Lagos Candidate: Must have extensive knowledge of road networks and business locations across Ogun State and Lagos State.

  • Oyo/Osun Candidate: Must have extensive knowledge of road networks and business locations across Oyo State (specifically Ibadan) and Osun State.

• Performance-Oriented: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet rigorous sales targets.
