In the current social landscape, the "Attention Economy" is won through a blend of authentic mobile footage and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. This role is designed for a "Creative Technologist", a professional who can blend the raw energy of TikTok/Reels with the sophisticated capabilities of AI tools like Sora and Midjourney.
Your mission is to ensure "Viral Visibility and Ad Performance." You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle: from brainstorming high-retention video ideas and recording high-quality mobile footage to utilizing AI generators to create stunning, sales-driven advertisements. If you possess "Creative Grit" and the ability to weave humor and trends into powerful visual stories, we want you to drive our brand’s digital presence.
Requirements:
1. High-Fidelity Content Engineering
Mobile Cinematography: Record clear, high-quality video assets using a phone, ensuring lighting and framing align with premium e-commerce standards.
Editing Mastery: Utilize CapCut or similar software to craft fast-paced, engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Engagement Architecture: Infuse content with "funny clips," trending sounds, and high-retention hooks to maximize "watch time" and audience engagement.
2. AI-Augmented Advertising
Generative Creativity: Use advanced AI tools—including Sora for video, Midjourney/FLUX for imagery—to create surreal or high-impact assets that stand out in crowded feeds.
Ad Transformation: Turn raw AI-generated content into high-converting advertisements that effectively promote products and drive sales.
Trend Integration: Proactively monitor social media algorithms and cultural trends to ensure the brand's content remains fresh and relevant.
3. Creative Operations & Strategy
Concept Ideation: Regularly brainstorm and pitch new video concepts that align with the brand's identity and sales goals.
Asset Stewardship: Maintain a well-organized digital media library, ensuring all video files and AI assets are labeled and accessible.
Deadline Discipline: Deliver high-quality content on a consistent schedule to maintain the brand’s posting frequency and momentum.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
