Job Description:

Development of fashion concepts, visual storytelling, creative content, and brand identity support.

Requirements:

• Design & Illustration: Create original fashion illustrations, sketches, textile patterns, and design concepts.

• Creative Support: Assist in developing ideas aligned with brand identity; support production via mock-ups, samples, and templates; collaborate with artisans to ensure execution.

• Content & Marketing: Create engaging visual content for social media, campaigns, lookbooks, and marketing materials; assist with photoshoots, styling, and curation.

• Research & Organization: Research trends and design techniques; maintain organized files, mood boards, and design references.

• Operations & Reporting: Document creative processes, monitor social media engagement, and support performance tracking/reporting.

• Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of total work experience.

  • At least 3 years specifically in fashion illustration, creative design, or marketing-related roles.

• Skills: Strong illustration, visual design, and content development abilities; excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.

• Soft Skills: Creative thinking, adaptability, strong communication, and attention to detail.

• Advantageous: Basic understanding of social media management and community engagement.
