Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Farm Manager to anchor the production and economic engine of our Onidundun facility. In a specialized agricultural landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the poultry-cycle and the precision of the bio-security filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex biological workflows with the clinical precision required for Health Governance, Feed-to-Yield Optimization, and Market-Share Expansion. This role is designed for a "Poultry Architect" specifically a professional with an OND/HND in Agriculture and 2+ years of experience who can blend "Agricultural Grit" (mastering poultry health/vaccinations) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Output Sales Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Biological Governance

• Sovereignty of the Flock: Manage daily poultry operations, including feeding, health monitoring, and harvesting cycles, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

• Clinical Architecture: Implement rigorous vaccination and medication programs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for livestock health and mortality prevention.

• Integrity Stewardship: Oversee farm workers, ensuring operational discipline, ensuring the "Source of Farm Standards" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Economic Logic

• Market Sovereignty: Drive farm product sales, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Velocity."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain accurate production and sales records, providing the "Functional Foundation" for profit-and-loss (P&L) analysis.

• Problem Stewardship: Diagnose and mitigate production risks (diseases/inefficiencies), maintaining the "Source of Agricultural Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure all farm activities adhere to bio-security standards, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory/Health Compliance."

• Process Architecture: Optimize the usage of feeds and resources, providing the "Relational Foundation" for budget-conscious poultry management.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Agricultural expertise to accelerate the "Egg/Bird-to-Market" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Facility Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of OND/HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in poultry management and farm sales.

• Technical Power: Deep understanding of poultry health, vaccination schedules, and farm operation dynamics.

• Aptitude: Exceptional leadership, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on "results-first" execution.

• Operational IQ: Demonstrated ability to manage both people (farm workers) and biological systems.
