Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and strategic Factory Manager to lead our furniture production facility. You will be the primary driver of our production floor, responsible for ensuring that our craftsmanship meets customer expectations while maintaining strict efficiency, safety, and quality standards. If you are a visionary leader who can balance the complexities of production schedules with the art of furniture manufacturing, we invite you to take the helm of our factory operations.

Requirements:

• Production Strategy: Plan daily routines and implement production strategies to ensure output targets are consistently met.

• Team Leadership: Supervise factory staff, delegate tasks, provide training to new hires, and foster a productive, positive work environment.

• Quality Assurance: Create and enforce rigorous quality control standards, inspecting finished products to ensure they meet our brand's reputation for excellence.

• Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations, implement machine maintenance procedures, and take corrective action to resolve production bottlenecks.

• Reporting & Planning: Prepare production schedules and performance reports for presentation to executive management.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe workspace by strictly adhering to all safety management systems and industry regulations.

• Resource Management: Assist the HR department in recruitment and continuously suggest strategy improvements to optimize resource usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in a Factory Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

• Certifications: Professional certification in Production Management and Quality Control is required.

• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of industry-specific woodworking machinery, equipment, and safety regulations.
