Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically inclined Factory Assistant to anchor the production engine of our furniture manufacturing operations. In the precision-driven landscape of woodworking and assembly, success is defined by "Production Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize raw material handling with the clinical precision required for Cutting, Sanding, and Final Finishing. This role is designed for a "Workshop Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Industrial Grit" (moving heavy boards and preparing tools) with the "Strategic Agility" required to support carpenters and machine operators in high-output environments.

Requirements:

1. Material Orchestration & Production Governance

• Resource Sovereignty: Prepare and move raw materials (wood, boards, fittings) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Production Input."

• Support Architecture: Assist expert carpenters and machine operators with cutting and assembling components, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-quality furniture.

• Storage Stewardship: Ensure proper handling of all materials to avoid waste, ensuring the "Source of Inventory Integrity" is elite.

2. Tactical Resilience & Workshop Logic

• Safety Sovereignty: Strictly follow factory safety procedures and utilize protective equipment, acting as the primary "Source of Personal and Team Security."

• Maintenance Architecture: Report equipment faults and material shortages promptly to supervisors, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for uninterrupted operations.

• Organization Stewardship: Maintain the cleanliness of the factory floor and tools, maintaining the "Source of Professional Workflow."

3. Finishing Integrity & Logistics Power

• Quality Sovereignty: Support the sanding and finishing phases of furniture production, acting as the primary "Source of Aesthetic Excellence."

• Packaging Architecture: Assist in preparing and packaging finished products for delivery, providing the "Visual Foundation" for client satisfaction.

• Execution Logic: Utilize your Workshop experience to handle manual tasks with speed and precision, maximizing the "Source of Factory Velocity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience working in a factory, workshop, or furniture production environment.

• Technical Mastery: Basic understanding of woodworking tools and machinery.
