Job Description:
We are seeking a Consultative Sales Specialist to join our Simba Den Experience Centre. This is not a traditional retail role; you will serve as a diagnostic advisor, helping customers navigate their energy needs to find the perfect, tailored power solution. We are looking for an individual who builds rapport through discovery, listens before speaking, and presents solutions with confidence and clarity. If you have a professional demeanor, a flair for consultative sales, and the ability to explain complex energy systems to high-net-worth clients, this role is your platform to excel.
Requirements:
Consultative Discovery: Open every customer interaction with insightful questions to uncover needs before making any recommendations.
Tailored Solutions: Design and present customized energy system proposals that solve specific customer problems.
Closing & Documentation: Generate clear, professional quotations, guide customers through the decision-making process, and process transactions with 100% accuracy.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all leads, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM. Proactively manage unconverted leads to maximize sales potential.
Post-Sale Coordination: Ensure a seamless transition for the customer from the store to installation, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain the Simba Den display area to premium standards. Ensure every customer feels the "Simba Den" brand excellence during every shift.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Demonstrated excellence in consultative communication is the primary requirement.
Experience: 1–3 years in a high-touch commercial role (e.g., retail, financial services, insurance, or premium B2C sales). Prior experience in solar, energy, or appliance retail is a strong advantage.
