We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The Executive Sales Marketer is responsible for generating leads, driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services to achieve revenue targets.
- The role requires proactive market engagement, strategic prospecting, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field marketing, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
KPIs (Performance Indicators)
- Revenue generated
- Number of new clients acquired
- Conversion rate
- Customer retention rate
- Sales growth percentage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems (added advantage).
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary
