You will manage complex schedules, bridge gaps between executive directives and departmental execution, and provide the research and analytical support necessary to evaluate business opportunities. If you are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional integrity, and the ability to navigate high-stakes corporate environments with discretion, this role offers unparalleled exposure to strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Strategic Support: Serve as a critical link between the Chairman and the rest of the company, ensuring executive directives are executed efficiently across all departments.
Executive Operations: Manage the Chairman’s complex calendar, global travel, and external engagements. Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, and presentations for board-level discussions.
Business Intelligence: Conduct research on market intelligence and potential business opportunities. Assist in evaluating new partnerships, expansion plans, and strategic initiatives.
Project Oversight: Track the progress of key projects, ensuring timelines are met and identifying risks or opportunities for the Chairman’s immediate attention.
Stakeholder Liaison: Represent the Chairman’s office when liaising with investors, government bodies, and high-level external partners, maintaining the highest standards of professional representation.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personal information with absolute discretion, integrity, and loyalty.
