Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and energetic Event Assistant to anchor the operational engine of our event planning and rental services. In the specialized landscape of hospitality and corporate activations, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize client concepts with the clinical precision required for Timeline Management, Vendor Coordination, and On-Ground Setup. This role is designed for a "Momentum Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (handling equipment placement and inventory checks) with the "Administrative Agility" required to prepare high-fidelity quotations and event documentation.

Requirements:

1. Planning Orchestration & Concept Governance

  • Timeline Sovereignty: Assist in preparing event checklists and schedules with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Project Punctuality."

  • Sourcing Architecture: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source décor and materials, providing the "Structural Foundation" for successful event aesthetics.

  • Documentation Stewardship: Maintain records of client requests and event details, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Execution Logic

  • On-Site Sovereignty: Provide high-velocity support during events, acting as the primary "Source of Smooth Operations."

  • Setup Architecture: Assist with hall arrangements and equipment rentals, providing the "Physical Foundation" for event functionality.

  • Problem-Solving Stewardship: Handle last-minute issues and provide immediate solutions, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."

3. Logistics Integrity & Performance Power

  • Inventory Sovereignty: Track event materials and rental equipment with clinical speed, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Security."

  • Communication Architecture: Liaise with clients to understand and document basic requirements, providing the "Visual Foundation" for accurate execution.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of hospitality expertise to work flexible hours and meet tight deadlines, maximizing the "Source of Event Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support (NYSC experience is acceptable).

  • Tech Mastery: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and on-site during event hours.
