Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Estate Surveyor to oversee property valuation, management, leasing, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Property Valuations: Perform accurate property valuations and market appraisals to determine the value of residential and commercial properties.
- Manage Properties: Oversee the management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Handle Leasing and Tenant Relations: Manage leasing agreements, conduct rent reviews, and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Prepare Valuation Reports: Create comprehensive valuation reports and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
- Advise on Investment Opportunities: Provide expert advice to management regarding property investment opportunities and market trends.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Inspect properties to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Professional Registration: Registered or in the process of registering with NIESV (National Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers) is an added advantage.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Lagos property market and its dynamics.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in estate management or a related field.
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant work experience in property management and valuation.
