Job Description:

• The Estate Surveyor is responsible for property valuation, management, leasing, and advisory services to support real estate operations and investments.

Key Duties

• Conduct property inspections and valuations
• Manage property sales, leasing, and documentation
• Provide professional real estate advisory service

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in estate surveying or property management
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
