  • Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement high-fidelity ESG frameworks and performance metrics, ensuring the organization acts as a "Source of Global Excellence" in sustainability.

  • Environmental Stewardship: Lead high-impact programs in waste management, energy efficiency, and resource conservation to optimize the farm’s "Ecological Velocity."

  • Reporting Architecture: Prepare clinical ESG and HSE reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for the company’s sustainability narrative.

2. Safety Resilience & Risk Architecture

  • HSE Sovereignty: Oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, ensuring 100% compliance with national and international "Zero-Harm" regulations.

  • Risk Reconnaissance: Conduct millimetric environmental and safety risk assessments, implementing corrective actions to ensure "Operational Continuity" and employee well-being.

  • Culture Engineering: Lead high-velocity training and awareness initiatives, acting as the primary "Source of Influence" in building a robust organizational safety culture.

3. Stakeholder Diplomacy & Regulatory Logic

  • Compliance Sovereignty: Manage all regulatory obligations with clinical precision, ensuring the organization remains "Audit-Ready" at all times.

  • Community Diplomacy: Engage synchronously with regulators, community stakeholders, and partners to maintain the "Social License to Operate" within the Igbariam ecosystem.

  • Leadership Power: Provide high-stakes advisory to the executive team on emerging ESG trends and HSE risks that could impact the agribusiness "Growth Trajectory."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, OHS, Engineering, or Sustainability; a Master’s degree in a related discipline is a significant strategic advantage.

  • Experience: 8 years of robust experience in ESG implementation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Certifications: Mandatory professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

Core Competencies
