Job Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Present and demonstrate ERPSoftApp solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable ERP modules and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
