Job Duties

• Under general supervision, coordinates and tracks the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).
• Works directly with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements.
• Maintains scheduling board and reports on utilization of personnel and equipment.
• May serve as a backup to Area Resource Coordinator for sale order creation.
• Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order to cash issues to include but not limited to timely reconciliation of Sales Orders.
• Accountable for reporting and approving area OTC metrics.
• Ensures crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety and Enviornmental guidelines.
• Promotes safety awareness and enviornmental consciousness and complies with HSE procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Skills are typically acquired through a High School Diploma or similar education and a minimum of 3 years experience as an Area Resource Specialist II or equivelant.
• Promotes and actively participates in the quality improvement process.
