MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.

Job Description:

  • To convert platform traffic into revenue by optimizing product placement, managing promotional campaigns, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage homepage and category merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
  • Plan and execute flash sales, bundles, combos, and seasonal campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize product listings including images, descriptions, and categorization to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Analyze platform data including traffic, conversion rates, and Average Order Value (AOV) to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Monitor inventory sell-through rates and proactively recommend promotions to manage stock levels effectively.

  • Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Campaign Revenue

  • Product Page Engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, marketplace operations, or digital retail.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or major online marketplaces.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in e-commerce merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of customer purchase behavior and online retail trends.
