Job Description:
Responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling project documentation to ensure accuracy, proper filing, and easy retrieval of all construction project records.
Requirements:
- Manage and maintain all project documents, drawings, and records.
- Ensure proper version control and distribution of documents.
- Track, register, and archive incoming and outgoing documents.
- Support project teams with timely retrieval of documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company document control procedures.
- Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Coordinate with site teams and project management for document updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.
- Must have experience working in a construction company.
