Job Description:

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Lekki.
• The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching mechanics to service locations, managing service requests, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Additional tasks include monitoring service progress, communicating with customers and service providers, handling emergency situations, and maintaining accurate records of service activities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in dispatching or a similar role is a plus
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial.
