Job Description:
We are seeking high-energy and tech-savvy Digital Sales Agents to drive our business expansion. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from identifying high-potential leads across digital platforms to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate is a proactive "closer" with a strong background in lead generation and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Lead Generation & Conversion
Multi-Platform Prospecting: Generate high-quality leads from various digital platforms and marketing channels to fuel the sales pipeline.
Sales Conversion: Transform prospects into paying customers by effectively articulating value propositions and closing deals.
Referral Optimization: Systematically secure client referrals to expand the business network and unlock new sales opportunities.
Account Management & Business Development
Full Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the complete sales journey, providing seamless transition from pre-sales engagement to comprehensive post-sales support.
Relationship Management: Nurture key accounts to ensure long-term retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.
New Business Identification: Actively identify and develop new business accounts to support aggressive revenue growth goals.
Strategic Support & Data Management
Needs Assessment: Identify and respond effectively to customer pain points, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
Data Retrieval: Access and provide critical data from internal databases to support cross-functional teams and executive decision-making.
Target Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and organizational performance goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven track record in Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related commercial field.
Location: Must be a current resident of Abuja and available for immediate resumption.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in digital lead generation strategies.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in CRM system tools.
Must own a functional Laptop or PC.
