Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary, results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to build our digital footprint from the ground up in the Nigerian agrochemical sector. This is a unique opportunity to lead our digital transformation, bridging the gap between sophisticated digital marketing strategies and the practical realities of Nigeria’s agricultural ecosystem. If you are a digital strategist who understands how to drive engagement with distributors, agro-dealers, and farmers, and you have the expertise to execute high-impact campaigns across diverse channels, we want you to drive our brand awareness and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, ensuring all online initiatives are aligned with our broader business and revenue objectives.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize high-conversion paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Lead Generation & Growth: Design campaigns specifically targeted at expanding our distribution network and increasing reach among farmers and agro-dealers.

  • Seasonal & Localized Marketing: Coordinate with regional branch teams to launch localized, seasonal campaigns that align with critical agricultural planting cycles.

  • Content & Brand Stewardship: Oversee the content strategy, focusing on product education, farmer awareness, and strategic promotions that build long-term brand equity.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key analytics (traffic, conversions, ROI) to continuously optimize performance and manage the marketing budget with maximum cost efficiency.

  • Channel Innovation: Explore and pilot unconventional or emerging digital channels that effectively reach rural and agricultural communities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.

  • Industry Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with experience in FMCG, Agriculture, Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, or Commodities distribution.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, and Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
