Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to anchor the growth engine of our Microfinance operations in Ikoyi. In the specialized landscape of digital banking where market share is dictated by the cost of acquisition and the quality of the lead success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize creative content with the clinical precision required for Meta/Google Ads Optimization, Funnel Engineering, and ROI Tracking. This role is designed for a "Performance Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (managing CPL and ROI targets) with the "Strategic Agility" required to convert digital interest into funded accounts and booked loans.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Performance Governance
Campaign Sovereignty: Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing campaigns with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Acquisition."
Funnel Architecture: Oversee website content, landing pages, and digital funnels to improve conversion rates, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a seamless user journey.
Integrity Stewardship: Create compelling financial product content aligned with regulatory guidelines, ensuring the "Source of Brand Credibility" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Media Logic
Optimization Sovereignty: Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads to achieve defined CPL (Cost Per Lead) targets, acting as the primary "Source of Marketing ROI."
Lead Architecture: Generate qualified leads for loan and deposit products through paid and organic channels, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a robust sales pipeline.
Reputation Stewardship: Manage social media engagement and online brand reputation, maintaining the "Source of Market Trust."
3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power
Data Sovereignty: Monitor digital analytics and provide weekly performance reports, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Insight."
Collaborative Architecture: Partner with the sales team to ensure digital leads are converted into booked loans, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-departmental success.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of performance marketing expertise and SEO/SEM tools to respond to market shifts in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Digital Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in performance marketing, specifically within Financial Services.
Technical Power: Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Analytics tools.
