FreshFetch is a fast-growing grocery delivery startup, starting in Navan, Ireland, with plans to expand nationally and internationally. Our mission is simple: give families and professionals back their time by handpicking the freshest groceries across multiple stores and delivering them together in one seamless drop.

Job Description:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Manage both organic and paid campaigns to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Monitor analytics and provide insights to improve performance and reach.
• Create eye-catching visuals and short-form video content using tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Develop creative strategies to build FreshFetch’s community (including WhatsApp, local groups, and email).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online presence.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing and social media trends to keep FreshFetch ahead.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to grow online audiences and drive engagement.
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, captions, video editing basics).
• Experience running Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Own computer and reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio or examples of accounts you’ve managed.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with community-driven marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in social media and digital marketing (preferably for startups, e-commerce, or food delivery).
