Job Description:

• We are seeking a Digital Marketer / Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive customer engagement in the microfinance banking sector.
• You will design and execute digital campaigns that promote financial inclusion, build trust, and attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the microfinance brand across all social media platforms.
• Create engaging content that promotes loans, savings, financial literacy, and customer success stories.
• Run targeted ads to attract borrowers, savers, and potential clients.
• Develop digital campaigns that boost leads and build community trust.
• Track analytics, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Respond to inquiries, build online relationships, and strengthen brand reputation.
• Collaborate with teams to drive digital customer acquisition trust.

Requirements:

• 3 years proven experience in digital marketing/social media management
• Knowledge of financial services or experience in a microfinance/fintech environment (added advantage)
• Strong content creation & copywriting skills
• Ability to run and optimize ads (Meta, Google)
• Understanding of digital customer acquisition funnels
• Analytical skills to interpret data and improve strategy.
