Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate with the creative team for visuals, videos, and product promotions.
- Optimize online presence through SEO, SEM, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage and grow the company’s email marketing campaigns and automation flows.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversions) and recommend improvements.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales funnels and lead generation strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Coordinate digital sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Create and manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs.
- Develop data-backed sales forecasts, strategies, and reports for management.
- Manage online communities, respond to inquiries, and build brand loyalty across social platforms.
- Design and implement customer retention strategies such as loyalty programs and referral systems.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field and must reside in Ajah and it's environs.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, sales strategy, or e-commerce marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to design and execute successful sales funnels and online campaigns.
Salary
