Job Description:
Tybitx Services International Limited is seeking an energetic, results-driven, and highly analytical Digital Marketer to join our team. This is a fully remote role for a self-starting professional capable of overseeing end-to-end digital strategies. You will move beyond basic social media posting to build highly optimized campaigns, manage complex conversion funnels, and track data metrics that convert internet traffic into tangible business revenue.
Requirements:
Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels to drive high-quality leads.
Digital Content & Copywriting: Craft high-converting ad copy, email sequences, and landing page content that engages prospects and drives action.
SEO & Web Optimization: Implement advanced SEO best practices to boost organic visibility and optimize landing page conversion funnels.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor performance. Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Marketing Automation: Build and segment automated Email and SMS drip campaigns to nurture cold leads into active, paying clients.
Collaborative Remote Work: Sync virtually with graphic designers, social media managers, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging and campaign success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience running profitable digital campaigns, managing significant ad budgets, and building inbound funnels.
Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Selar). Basic CMS management skills are required.
Remote Work Readiness: Ability to work autonomously with excellent organization skills, constant virtual communication, and a reliable home-office setup (stable internet and power).
Core Skills: Strong analytical mindset (ROAS, ROI, CTR), exceptional persuasive writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
