Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as the chief architect of our online presence. In an increasingly crowded digital landscape, marketing is no longer just about visibility—it is about conversion and measurable growth. This role is designed for a "Performance Strategist"—someone with 2–4 years of experience who can pivot seamlessly from creative copywriting to deep-dive data analytics.
Your mission is to drive brand awareness and high-intent traffic across the entire digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle: from SEO keyword mapping and PPC budget optimization to social media engagement and Google Analytics reporting. If you possess a data-driven mindset and the technical proficiency to manage multi-channel budgets, we want you to lead our growth initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Performance Media & Acquisition
Paid Media Management: Design and optimize high-converting campaigns across Google Ads (PPC) and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), ensuring maximum ROI on every naira spent.
SEO/SEM Strategy: Perform rigorous keyword research and execute on-page and off-page optimization to dominate organic search rankings.
Budget Governance: Monitor and adjust marketing spend in real-time based on performance data and attribution modeling.
2. Content Architecture & Engagement
Integrated Campaigns: Execute cohesive marketing narratives across email, social media, and search engines to ensure a unified brand voice.
Content Strategy: Oversee the production of high-performing visual assets and craft compelling copy that resonates with target demographics.
Social Ecosystem: Manage the brand's presence on core platforms, staying ahead of trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and "scroll-stopping."
3. Data Analytics & Optimization
KPI Stewardship: Utilize Google Analytics and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track traffic, conversions, and bounce rates.
Actionable Insights: Translate complex datasets into clear, strategic recommendations for senior management to improve campaign performance.
Continuous Testing: Implement A/B testing for landing pages, ad copy, and email subject lines to incrementally improve conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing role.
Certifications: Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are highly preferred and considered a major advantage.
Core Competencies
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and industry-standard SEO tools.
