Job Description:

• We are looking for a Digital & Content Executive to support Consult 24's digital presence, content development and day-to-day content execution across client and company platforms.
• Experience creating content for real estate, property or hospitality brands is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content across social media and digital platforms.
• Write captions, copy, short-form scripts and other digital content.
• Plan and maintain content calendars in line with agreed strategies.
• Create and coordinate short-form video content, including Reels and other social formats.
• Research trends, audience behaviour and relevant conversations to inform content.
• Support content shoots, interviews and other content production activities.
• Repurpose long-form video, client insights and campaign materials into platform-appropriate content.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and content standards.
• Work with Strategy, PR and  Business Development to support wider commercial objectives.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant digital, content or social media experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts and content calendars.
• Comfortable developing short-form video concepts and scripts.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant digital platforms.
• Strong research, organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for real estate, property or hospitality brands is required.
• A portfolio or examples of previous work is required.
