Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical, proactive, and quality-obsessed DevOps Engineer to maintain our product stack and accelerate the launch of world-class fintech solutions. You will be the architect of our reliability and the champion of automation. We need someone who is comfortable working in a rapid, iterative environment, possesses a "quality-first" mindset, and has a strong bias toward automating manual tasks to build scalable, resilient systems.

Requirements:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and implement highly available, scalable AWS architecture using Terraform and Ansible.

• CI/CD Excellence: Build and maintain robust pipelines to enable daily code delivery and high-efficiency development cycles.

• Platform Management: Manage diverse data sources including MySQL, Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.

• Monitoring & Reliability: Set up advanced metrics, alerting, and escalation mechanisms to ensure 24/7 system resilience and performance.

• Security & Compliance: Implement continuous security practices, managing AWS IAM, Security Groups, and data protection best practices.

• Automation: Use Python, Bash, Java, or Groovy to automate workflows and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and architecture teams to identify pain points and implement holistic solutions.

• Full-Lifecycle Support: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide end-to-end support from project conception to final delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active post-graduation experience as a DevOps/SRE/System Engineer.

• AWS Proficiency: Deep expertise in EC2, ECS, ECR, Route53, RDS, ElastiCache, S3, and Redshift.

• Containerization: Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS.

• IaC & CI/CD: Mandatory expertise in Terraform + Ansible; experience with Jenkins and other managed/self-hosted CI/CD tools.

• Scripting/Coding: Fluent in Python + Bash, with knowledge of Perl/Groovy/Java.

• Networking: Solid grasp of DNS, VPC, VPNs, Firewalls, SSL, and cloud storage/caching solutions.

• Agile Mindset: Proven experience working within multifunctional, agile teams.
