Job Description:

We are growing and seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and creative Design Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting our lead designers, translating abstract concepts into tangible realities, and ensuring that excellence is infused into every step of our creative process.

Requirements:

• Creative Support: Actively assist in the end-to-end creative process, from initial brainstorming and mood boarding to final production.

• Concept Development: Assist in refining design ideas, conducting material research, and helping to bring our brand’s unique vision to life.

• Prototyping & Production: Provide hands-on support in the creation of samples, prototypes, and final pieces, ensuring high craftsmanship standards.

• Project Documentation: Maintain organized records of design specifications, sketches, and feedback to ensure consistency across projects.

• Operational Assistance: Support the design team with sourcing, inventory management of design materials, and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the studio running smoothly.

• Collaborative Innovation: Participate in team critiques and creative reviews, offering insights to improve design quality and technical execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: A portfolio or demonstrable experience in design (e.g., fashion, interior, industrial, or graphic design) is highly preferred.

• Creative Passion: A demonstrated commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and aesthetic excellence.
