Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Data Analyst to anchor the intelligence engine of our Lagos-based operations. In the specialized landscape of modern data ecosystems, success is defined by "Analytical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize massive datasets with the clinical precision required for ETL Processes, Multi-Database Integration (SQL & NoSQL), and Actionable Dashboards. This role is designed for a "Fidelity Architect" who can blend "Technical Grit" (extracting and cleaning data from MongoDB and PostgreSQL) with the "Strategic Agility" required to present complex insights to senior management in an understandable format.

Requirements:

1. Extraction Orchestration & Database Governance

• Inquiry Sovereignty: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Raw Intelligence."

• Integration Architecture: Manage data flows across MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a unified view of business performance.

• Accuracy Stewardship: Recommend improvements to data collection and storage methods, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Visualization Logic

• Clarity Sovereignty: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Truth."

• Insight Architecture: Identify trends and anomalies to solve complex business problems, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for operational efficiency.

• Presentation Stewardship: Convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Alignment."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• ETL Sovereignty: Oversee the Extract, Transform, and Load processes, acting as the primary "Source of Data Quality."

• Technical Architecture: Stay updated with emerging analytics technologies (e.g., Apache Superset), providing the "Future-Proof Foundation" for the data team.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize proven database experience to troubleshoot data discrepancies in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Analytical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience working with both Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Non-Relational (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
