Job Description:

We are seeking a curious and analytical Data Analyst to transform our vast operational data into a strategic asset. In the fast-moving FMCG sector, data isn't just a record of the past—it’s a map for the future. Your mission is to dig into large datasets, identify hidden patterns, and provide the "why" behind the numbers.

You will act as a central intelligence hub, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate complex metrics into clear, actionable stories for senior leadership. If you have a passion for SQL, a mastery of Power BI/Tableau, and a drive to solve high-impact business puzzles, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Data Mining & Diagnostic Analytics

• Pattern Recognition: Collect and process high-volume datasets to identify market trends, consumer shifts, and operational bottlenecks.

• Integrity Management: Rigorously monitor data quality and cleansing processes to ensure that every report is an "absolute source of truth."

• Ad-hoc Analysis: Rapidly pivot to investigate specific business questions, providing concise findings that influence immediate tactical shifts.

2. Visual Storytelling & BI Architecture

• Dashboard Engineering: Design and maintain automated, interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau that provide real-time visibility into company performance.

• Executive Presentations: Synthesize technical data into compelling visualizations and presentations that empower senior leadership to make informed decisions.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with department heads to define key metrics (KPIs) and build the reporting tools they need to track success.

3. Predictive Insights & Strategy Support

• Actionable Insights: Move beyond "what happened" to "what will happen," providing recommendations that directly enhance business strategies and ROI.

• Efficiency Optimization: Use data to identify manual process inefficiencies and suggest automated or data-driven improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 1+ year of professional experience as a Data Analyst (Experience within the FMCG sector is a significant advantage).

• Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL (required) and either Python or R. Expert-level Excel skills.

• Visualization: Hands-on experience building scalable reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
