Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to be the face of our technical support team in Lagos. You will combine deep mechanical and electrical expertise with a customer-first approach to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of home appliances. Requirements:

• Technical Diagnosis & Repair: Accurately troubleshoot and fix a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, AC units, cookers, and microwaves.

• Installation & Maintenance: Execute seamless installations and conduct preventive maintenance visits to ensure our customers’ equipment operates at peak efficiency.

• Customer Advocacy: Educate clients on proper usage and maintenance, providing a professional and positive experience that reinforces our brand reputation.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts utilized, ensuring all service reports are accurate and submitted on time.

• Escalation & Resolution: Manage complex technical issues with a systematic approach, escalating only when necessary while staying involved until a successful resolution is reached.

• Inventory & Standards: Ensure all work adheres to safety procedures and company technical standards, while managing spare parts inventory effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair, maintenance, or technical customer service.

• Technical Competencies:

  • Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

  • Practical experience with major home appliance brands.
