Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly empathetic, proactive, and articulate Customer Experience Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our clients.
- You will ensure our clients receive top-tier support, clear communication, and swift resolution to any delivery issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, and tracking channels.
- Provide real-time updates to customers regarding their shipments and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to resolve delivery bottlenecks quickly.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve company service delivery standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc/HND) in Mass Communication, Business, International Relations, or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear, professional English).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence when handling stressed clients.
- Must have completed NYSC (NYSC Certificate mandatory).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, or logistics tracking software is a major plus.
