Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager who would serve as Head of Credit to oversee portfolio performance by maximizing utilization, reducing defaults, managing collections and repossessions, and ensuring a seamless customer payments and service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve key portfolio metrics such as utilization, default, and repossession rates.
• Analyze portfolio data, identify performance issues, and recommend solutions.
• Oversee collections and repossession processes while minimizing operational costs.
• Ensure a reliable payments experience and collaborate with payment partners.
• Improve customer service delivery across call center, shops, and digital channels.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen portfolio quality and performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in credit risk, portfolio management, fintech, or banking.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
