Job Description:

• Keeping our daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the CEO and team.
• Organizing and maintaining important records and company documents.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Handling client orders and making sure everything is processed on time, especially when the CEO is unavailable.
• Providing top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating logistics, including product movement and delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken—with the ability to articulate yourself clearly and confidently.
• Great customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience handling logistics and ensuring orders are processed seamlessly.
• A willingness to learn on the job, adapt to new challenges, and grow with the company.
