Job Description:

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging and high-quality content for our healthcare/aesthetic brand.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visuals, storytelling ability, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends within the beauty and healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (videos, images, graphics, and captions) for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience
• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand visibility
• Produce educational and promotional content related to aesthetic treatments and healthcare services
• Collaborate with medical and operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of content
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas to increase engagement and reach
• Edit videos and images to maintain a high-quality, professional brand image
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly
• Manage social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and healthcare advertising guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• 2 - 3 years experience in content creation or social media management
• Strong skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing trends
• Excellent creativity, storytelling, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, or aesthetic industry is an advantage.
