Job Description:

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, blogs, infographics).
• Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor and engage with the audience (comments, messages, mentions).
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content.
• Manage paid social media ads, budgets, and track ROI.
• Collaborate with influencers, designers, and videographers for campaigns.
• Build and nurture an active online community to boost engagement.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content marketing.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
• Produce SEO-optimized content (blogs, website copy, listings) for better visibility.
• Develop email marketing content, newsletters, and CTAs to drive sales.
• Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms.
• Handle crisis management and address negative feedback professionally.
• Train and guide team members on social media and content best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HND/BSc in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing (preferably in real estate).
