Job Description:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Clients, vendors, and internal operations teams.
- Attend to all client-related matters and communications under the supervision of the Operations manager or designated supervisor
- Respond promptly and efficiently to client and vendor queries via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support in managing vendor relationships, maintaining the vendor database, and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Handle budgeting, invoicing, documentation, and other administrative processes related to projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track production timelines, material requests, and purchase orders for ongoing projects.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on project status, challenges, and client feedback.
- Monitor onsite activities such as branding, activations, etc, providing detailed feedback to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Investigate project challenges, identify root causes, and propose actionable resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in client service, operations support, or project supervision/coordination (preferably within an advertising or experiential marketing agency).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary
