Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially sharp and results-obsessed Client Growth Manager to drive the revenue engine of our brand in Lagos. This is not a customer service or passive content creation role. Success is defined by "Payment Realization", the ability to identify high-value opportunities in retail, corporate, and leather commissions, and shepherd them through a disciplined pipeline until the cash hits the account. This role is designed for a "Revenue Lead" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Sales Grit" with the "Analytical Precision" required to manage a CRM and protect premium brand standards.

Your mission is to ensure "Market Expansion and Liquid Revenue Growth." You will own the commercial lifecycle: from acquiring high-value accounts and translating complex inquiries into production briefs, to maintaining relentless follow-ups. If you are "Digitally Intentional," comfortable closing high-ticket deals without apology, and thrive on uncapped performance-based earnings, we want you to own our growth.

Requirements:

1. High-Value Acquisition & Conversion

  • Account Hunting: Proactively identify and acquire high-value retail and corporate clients, focusing on revenue-heavy segments like events and bespoke leather commissions.

  • Lead Conversion Mastery: Translate raw inquiries into "Clean Internal Briefs" that provide production teams with the exact specifications needed for fulfillment.

  • The "Payment lands" Protocol: Drive every transaction to its final conclusion; revenue is only recognized when payment is verified, requiring a "closing mindset" at every stage.

2. Pipeline Governance & CRM Discipline

  • Structured Tracking: Maintain a disciplined CRM and pipeline structure, ensuring every prospect is tracked and no high-value engagement is lost in the noise.

  • Follow-up Persistence: Execute a structured follow-up cadence with prospects and existing clients without apology, ensuring the brand remains top-of-mind.

  • Documentation Precision: Ensure all client documentation, agreements, and briefs are precise, error-free, and reflect premium brand standards.

3. Digital Visibility & Brand Protection

  • Intentional Digital Presence: Drive digital visibility across WhatsApp and Social Media with a clear focus on commercial outcomes rather than just "engagement."

  • Tone Stewardship: Protect the brand's premium tone and voice in every interaction, ensuring that "Commercial Ownership" never compromises the luxury feel of the brand.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on social media trends and audience behaviors to pivot sales tactics for maximum revenue impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Core Sales and Client Relationship Management.

  • Skill Mix: Proven experience in Digital Marketing and intentional Social Media strategies.

  • Location: Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria, for a hybrid work structure.
