Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new corporate clients for our HR consulting services.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background within the insurance, consulting, professional services, or related sectors, with a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and markets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders, business owners, and executives.
- Present and promote the company's HR consulting solutions, including recruitment, outsourcing, training, and advisory services.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition experience.
- Previous experience within the insurance, consulting, HR services, outsourcing, professional services, or related industries is required.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
