Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically rigorous Civil Engineer to serve as the operational cornerstone of our construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will take ownership of onsite execution, ensuring that our ambitious building projects are delivered with precision, on schedule, and within budget. This is a senior-level position for a construction professional who excels at the intersection of technical design and hands-on site management. Requirements:

• Project Execution & Planning: Assist in defining project objectives. Develop and implement detailed construction schedules, monitoring progress rigorously to ensure all milestones are met.

• Technical Supervision: Oversee all onsite building construction activities. Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications to ensure works align perfectly with approved designs.

• Quality Assurance: Lead critical inspections—including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works—prior to casting. Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and structural integrity.

• Resource Management: Optimize the deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment. Manage subcontractors to ensure their output meets our performance and safety standards.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce stringent health, safety, and government-regulated construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records, including daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.

• Leadership: Motivate and manage site teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on meeting project targets under pressure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: 10–12 years of hands-on experience specifically in building construction projects.
