Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and technically skilled Civil Engineer to oversee the lifecycle of our construction projects. You will be the technical lead on-site, ensuring that architectural and engineering visions are translated into safe, high-quality, and functional infrastructure. This role is for a professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, balancing the demands of site supervision with the precision of engineering design and project management.

Requirements:

• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring the workforce operates efficiently and safely.

• Engineering Design: Draft and refine engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans, ensuring they are practical and compliant with local standards.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship to ensure strict adherence to approved designs and safety regulations.

• Project Management: Prepare and monitor work schedules and programs. Track project progress to ensure milestones are met within the agreed-upon budget and timeline.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical or logistical challenges on-site and develop effective solutions to keep the project moving forward.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, progress reports, and generate precise as-built drawings upon project completion.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a bridge between contractors, consultants, and management to ensure project goals are aligned.

• HSE Enforcement: Maintain an unwavering commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on every site.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methodologies, and site supervision.

  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is a distinct advantage.
