Job Description:
Operations & Strategy
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Translate business strategies into operational plans and execution.
- Ensure smooth coordination across customer support, compliance, and operations.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Process & Performance Management
- Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Team & Resource Management
- Supervise operations, support, and field teams.
- Ensure effective staffing, training, and performance management.
- Promote accountability and high performance across departments.
Compliance & Risk Oversight
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Work with compliance and risk teams to maintain operational integrity.
- Support audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Customer Experience & Service Delivery
- Oversee customer service operations and issue resolution.
- Improve service turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless operational support for digital banking services.
