Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the CHRO of a leading insurance company in Nigeria.
• This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on HR professional who can align people initiatives with business goals while driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive HR strategy and business alignment
• Oversee HR operations and ensure process efficiency and excellence
• Lead performance management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive talent management, development, and succession planning
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance, and regulatory standards
• Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or managerial role
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is an advantage
• Experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
