Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our global human resources department and shape the future of our workforce. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning our people strategy with our overarching mission and business objectives. This role requires a strategic architect who can build robust talent pipelines, foster a culture of genuine inclusion, and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions globally.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with the ability to scale HR policies across multiple regions while maintaining a high-touch, effective employer brand that attracts top-tier talent.

Requirements:

Strategic Talent & Brand Leadership

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Craft and execute forward-thinking acquisition strategies to build strong, sustainable pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Employer Branding: Lead recruitment marketing and branding efforts to reinforce our position as a premier employer in the global market.

  • DEI Advocacy: Promote workplace inclusion and solidify our status as an equal opportunity employer by ensuring hiring, onboarding, and management procedures are effective for diverse groups.

Operational & Policy Oversight

  • Global Policy Development: Standardize and deploy HR policies across all branches, countries, and regions, ensuring local relevance and global consistency.

  • Systems & Tools Optimization: Analyze and improve the effectiveness of HR procedures and digital tools (HRIS/ATS) to streamline the employee lifecycle.

  • Departmental Supervision: Provide high-level leadership and mentorship to HR Directors, ensuring departmental goals align with broader business KPIs.

Growth & Development

  • Career Architecture: Formulate comprehensive career development plans to enhance employee retention and internal mobility.

  • L&D Evaluation: Periodically evaluate training and development programs to ensure they deliver measurable value and support organizational growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record in Strategic Planning at an executive or senior leadership level.

    • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, labor relations, and organizational development.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Hands-on experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

    • A deep understanding of international and local labor legislation.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Leadership Mastery: Exceptional ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.

    • Strategic Communication: Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex people-strategies to stakeholders and board members.

    • Mission-Driven: A clear focus on ensuring HR initiatives directly support the company's business objectives.

Salary

₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
